We are so excited to hear about the wonderful things God is doing in and through our alumni.If you graduated from LABI, please know that we are evolving into a more advanced institution in order to better equip our students. | Transcript Request Requests for an official copy of your LABI/LATS transcript may be submitted in person, by e-mail, by mail, or by fax. You may use this Transcript Request Form (PDF), pick up a form at the Academic office, or send us a note providing similar information.Transcript requests must contain the student’s legal signature. Please be sure the information you provide is accurate and complete. Many transcripts go astray when they do not have a complete street address or PO Box. There is a fee of $10 for each transcript requested.We accept cash, check, or credit card. All transcripts are official documents, and each is provided in a sealed envelope unless you specify otherwise. We cannot fax or email transcripts. All transcript requests are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
