We are excited to announce that Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, will deliver LABI’s 2012 commencement address on May 12 at the LABI campus.
CNN named Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, “The leader of the Hispanic Evangelical movement”. The Wall St. Journal identified him as one of America’s 7 most influential Hispanic Leaders, and the only religious leader on the list. Meanwhile the San Francisco Chronicle described Samuel as one of the 6 Leaders of the New Evangelical Leadership. Charisma Magazine Identifies Rev. Samuel Rodriguez as America’s most influential spirit-filled Christian Leader in the political sphere. By God’s Grace, Rev. Samuel Rodriguez stands today as America’s voice for Hispanic Christianity.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of some of America’s leading Evangelical organizations such as: Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, National Association of Evangelicals, Empower 21 and Christianity Today. Rodriguez is also the recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership Award presented by the Congress of Racial Equality.
He is an Assemblies of God Ordained Minister since the age of 23. Rodriguez also serves as Senior Pastor of New Season Christian Worship Center in Sacramento, CA where he resides in California with his wife of 22 years, Eva and their three children.
Rev. Samuel Rodriguez has established himself as one of the most influential leaders within the Hispanic community and has a heart that is passionately focused on God. We are excited that he will be a part of this very special moment for the 2012 graduates.
LABI welcomes Rev. Daniel de Leon, Jr. (Pastor Danny Jr.), as the new part-time Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Discipleship. Pastor Danny Jr. will be working with the campus pastoral team: Pastor Chuck Gamez, Jr., Enoch Villarreal, and Isai Hernandez, to create a new and impacting worship/spiritual growth experience. He is currently the Pastor of Worship and Media at Templo Calvario in Santa Ana and the Director for the SPD Young Ministers Association. He is married to Kristine of almost 23 years and has four amazing children together: Danelle, Daniel, Johnathan and Christopher. LABI is very excited for this new addition to the team and we know that God is preparing us for an awesome year with Pastor Danny Jr.! Welcome to the LABI DREAM TEAM, Pastor Danny Jr.!

Please join us on Saturday, October 15th, 10am, at the LABI campus for the Alumni Homecoming event. We will be honoring past presidents of LABI, and also taking place is the inauguration of Rev. Tommy Casarez, Ph.D., as LABI’s 15th President. Rev. Casarez will also take the opportunity to share his vision for the future of LABI. A reception of free food and drinks will be made available after the ceremony. We will be hosting graduating class booths, so if you are an alumni, please stop by at your class booth the day of the event and reunite with your colleagues. We are VERY excited for this event and we thank God that He has blessed LABI thus far with new and improved: vision, campus facilities and leadership!

How much money should I bring the day of registration?
Paying in full is the best way to go
$1500 is ideal
We offer payment plans during the semester (must meet with the Business Manager for details)
When can I move on campus?
The day you register- August 22nd or 23rd
When is the deadline to register?
You may register the day of Registration as long as you have a completed registration packet. The actual last day to register is Tuesday, September the 6th.
