LABI College Announces “POURED OUT: Caring for the Soul Behind the Calling” Pastoral Conference

Free four-day conference will bring together pastors, ministry leaders, students, and community partners to address wellness, resilience, relationships, and longevity in ministry.
LA PUENTE, Calif. September 2026, LABI College will host POURED OUT: Caring for the Soul Behind the Calling, a free four-day pastoral conference taking place October 19–22, 2026, on the LABI College campus in La Puente, California.
Centered on Psalm 23:3, “He restores my soul,” the conference is designed to strengthen the spiritual, emotional, relational, and vocational well-being of pastors, ministry leaders, students, and emerging leaders.
Those called to ministry regularly devote themselves to serving and caring for others. Poured Out turns attention toward the person behind that calling, creating space for biblically grounded and practical conversations surrounding mental and emotional health, burnout, trauma, healthy boundaries, rest, relationships, spiritual resilience, leadership succession, and longevity in ministry.
The conference will guide participants through a four-day journey built around four themes: Recognize, Restore, Relate, and Remain, with an overarching goal to Reproduce, investing in a new generation of leaders who understand that sustainable ministry includes caring for their own well-being.
