Join us for an evening where we explore Integrating Pastoral Care and Early Childhood Development in Ministry, combining faith and mental wellness in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Start the night with coffee, light snacks, and calming music to set the tone for reflection and connection.

Our invited guests, experts in Psychology and ministry, will share practical mental health tips, including strategies for managing stress and fostering resilience in both children and adults. You’ll have a chance to reflect on meaningful questions like, “What brings peace to your mind and soul?” and connect in small groups for deeper conversations.

We’ll also have time to socialize with fellow attendees, using fun conversation starters to keep things light and engaging. The night will close with final thoughts from our guests, plus a resource table filled with books and materials on mental health, early childhood development, and faith for you to explore.
